$60,000•$120,000+ (uncapped commission potential) About Us We are a fast-growing real estate investment company based in Asheville, North Carolina, actively expanding into major metro markets within a 3-hour radius (including Charlotte, Atlanta, Knoxville, Greenville, and more). We specialize in single-family residential investments and creative deal structuring strategies such as seller finance, subject-to, and other advanced acquisition methods. This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for a high-performance sales professional to become a key part of our founding team. This is a unique opportunity to join a startup in its early stages and help shape the future of the business. The Role We're hiring a Sales Closer to work directly with a steady flow of inbound leads generated through our paid Google advertising campaigns. The role follows a proven two-call close system and all training, scripting, continuing education and support will be provided. This position is best suited for someone looking for unlimited growth, high commission potential, and the ability to master real estate deal-making from the inside out. Key Responsibilities Respond quickly to inbound leads via phone (no cold calling) Conduct phone sales using our high-converting script and sales framework Learn and apply creative financing and negotiation techniques to structure deals Track communication and KPIs through CRM systems Be flexible and available to respond to leads quickly — speed-to-lead is critical Collaborate with the founder and team on continuous improvement and scale What We Offer Commission-based compensation with a minimum earning potential of $60,000 and a strong path to $120,000+ annually A steady volume of high-intent, inbound seller leads Comprehensive training in creative financing, negotiation, and deal structuring Direct mentorship and exposure to high-level real estate investment strategies Long-term growth opportunities, including leadership roles and potential for equity A high-performance, fast-paced team culture with no ceiling for advancement Ideal Candidate You are a proven closer or have raw sales talent and hunger to become one You're coachable, self-motivated, and driven to win You communicate exceptionally well and handle pressure with confidence You have strong emotional intelligence and enjoy solving problems You thrive in entrepreneurial environments with freedom and responsibility Sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required, we will train the right personImportant:
