We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our sales team and drive business growth across our retail operations. In this role, you will oversee daily store activities, develop strategic sales initiatives, and foster a customer-centric environment. Your leadership will inspire your team to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain operational excellence. Pay is base salary + commission Duties Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals through effective coaching and performance management. Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and merchandising plans to maximize revenue. Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and pricing strategies to ensure optimal product availability and profitability. Conduct interviews, recruit new team members, and facilitate onboarding processes to build a skilled and engaged workforce. Manage daily store operations including cash handling, POS transactions, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and scheduling shifts. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and customer service standards. Provide training & development opportunities for staff in areas such as customer service, product knowledge, merchandising, and sales techniques. Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions and vendor relationships. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities preferred for diverse customer interactions. Proven experience in retail sales management, supervising teams, and implementing effective training programs. Proficiency in inventory control systems, POS technology, cash handling procedures, and retail math. Demonstrated leadership with experience in employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and team management. Knowledge of marketing strategies, merchandising techniques, pricing policies, and promotional planning. Organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple responsibilities such as budgeting, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
