Shift Lead/Key Holder

Job description This is a temporary position. Location is in Bellingham - and will require moving between another Bellingham location. Responsible individual needed to assist with retail store build out and setup. The job will require inventory work (audits), overseeing staff changes, and coordination and supervising third party contractors others while on site. As well as general retail tasks and support. Individual should be very responsible, thorough, and trust worthy. Potential for ongoing employment exists, if new ownership will allow. (entirely at their discretion) Ideally, you have substantial experience with a cannabis POS software, or can show a commitment to learning it quickly, and have project management experience. (including coordinating third party contractors, handyman, others.)

REQUIREMENTS

Must have 2 + years retail associate with key holder and auditing experience, and 1+ years of management. Must have strong computer skills, and ability to work with spreadsheets Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical ability to assess inventory accuracy, potential problems with reporting or within the system, and how to make corrections Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and State law and regulations of Cannabis Work a flexible schedule, primarily afternoon / evening based position Professional standards for attitude, behavior, and appearance required Bachelors or associates degree preferred Ability to speak and write English clearly and correctly Ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, walking, and kneeling Must be over 21, with no prior felony offenses Must have reliable transportation Do not apply if you are looking for a job to get high before/during work.

COMPENSATION

Hourly pay DOE $22 - 30 hr.
