Women-owned and proudly independent, Rochelle's first opened its doors in 2003—and today, we've grown to five thriving boutique locations in Rhode Island, Connecticut, & Florida. We're currently hiring a full time Assistant Manager to work at our Newport, RI location.

We're seeking someone goal-oriented, fashion-loving, and enthusiastic about helping us grow ! If you're dependable, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering an exceptional shopping experience, you'll fit right in with our team.

Responsibilities Include:

Leading and motivating a team of stylists and key holders Creating an upbeat, welcoming in-store atmosphere Styling customers by putting together complete outfits with clothing, jewelry, shoes & accessories Supporting social media content and store marketing efforts Merchandising displays, dressing mannequins, and maintaining visual standards Managing inventory, transfers, and purchase orders across locations Handling daily operations including opening/closing, scheduling, etc. Training new employees and maintaining store standards Monitoring for loss prevention and ensuring fitting room oversight

What You'll Bring:

Minimum 1 years of retail management experience Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a love for fashion Strong organization, attention to detail, and task management skills A self-starter who thrives both solo and while leading a team Creativity and excitement for building a customer base Interest or experience in social media, event planning, and boutique marketing A degree in fashion, retail, or business is a plus!

Perks & Benefits:
