Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Full-Time Assistant Manager at our renowned retail location! In this energetic leadership role, you will be the driving force behind store operations, customer satisfaction, and team development. Responsibilities Lead daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales potential Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and store bookkeeping with accuracy and integrity Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions, and performance evaluations Coordinate scheduling, shift management, and payroll processing to optimize staffing levels Implement marketing initiatives and promotional strategies to enhance store visibility and sales growth Skills Proven experience in retail management or assistant management roles with supervising responsibilities Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative environment Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer engagement Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS technology, and retail math calculations Skilled in negotiation, purchasing, pricing strategies, and sales management techniques Adept at employee recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training processes Sound organizational skills with a focus on time management, bookkeeping, payroll administration, and budgeting Customer service-oriented mindset with exceptional phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities Knowledge of wireless sales or grocery store operations is advantageous but not required Embark on a rewarding career journey where your leadership fuels success!
