Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Second Keyholder at our vibrant retail location! In this energetic role, you will be a vital leader on the sales floor, supporting store management to create an engaging shopping environment. Your enthusiasm and leadership will inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and ensure smooth store operations. Responsibilities Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately Support management in supervising daily store operations, including inventory control and merchandising Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism Help train and develop team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and store policies Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and ensure accurate cashiering procedures are followed Oversee stock replenishment, inventory management, and visual merchandising to maintain an attractive store presentation Support scheduling, shift management, and ensure team members adhere to company policies and safety standards Skills Strong leadership with previous supervisory or assistant management experience in retail or similar environments Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customers Proficient in retail math, POS systems, inventory control, and cash handling procedures Skilled in customer service, sales management, and upselling techniques to meet sales goals Knowledge of merchandising strategies, pricing policies, and promotional marketing efforts Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Ability to train team members on employee orientation, interviewing techniques, and store policies Experience with budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks is advantageous Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your leadership fuels success!
