Position Summary We are seeking a Floor Supervisor to help lead our team and maintain a high level of customer service, store organization, and cleanliness. The ideal candidate is dependable, energetic, and enjoys creating a positive environment for both customers and staff. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards Assist with daily operations including opening and closing procedures Support training and development of team members Ensure merchandise is stocked, displayed, and well presented Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner Support store goals and uphold company policies Qualifications Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Dependable and team-oriented Must be available every weekend Availability to work weekends and retail peak hours Passion for LEGO® or creative hobbies is a plus Compensation and Schedule Starting pay: $16 per hour 35-40 hours per week Bi-monthly pay schedule Employee discount How to
