  • Responsibilities 1.
Provide strong leadership with a focus on creating/maintaining a positive work environment. 2. Effective communication. 3. Effective performance management. Establish department metrics and sustainability. 4. Review time and attendance for all department employees. 5. Manage staffing levels and budget spending. 6. Analyze product efficiencies, downtime and component waste. Lead cross-functional teams to improve results. 7. Maintain safety within the department and employees. 8. Ensure all employees are current with their training. 9. Ensure that all SOPs and forms are current with process. 10. Maintain GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Documentation Practices) in the department. 11. Write investigations and CAPA actions for non-conformances in the department.
