Assistant Manager/Sales Associate

We are looking for a professional, positive, and experienced assistant manager/supervisor. Skills needed to succeed:

Assist in managing daily retail operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and sales performance. Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment while overseeing inventory management and control. Handle purchasing and stocking of merchandise, maintaining optimal inventory levels. Utilize POS systems for transactions and cash register operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. Implement effective marketing strategies to enhance store visibility and drive sales. Retail experience with proven leadership roles Comfort around all types of cats & dogs Able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds frequently Ability to spend most of your shift on your feet Able to climb stairs and ladders repeatedly, bend, squat, twist and lift Honest, dependable, hard-working, self-starter, personable, and prompt.
