Head Technician/Shop Manager

Job Mission Lead our crew in delivering excellent power washing results across residential and commercial accounts. Own the reliability of all pieces of equipment and ensure they are consistently up to standard. Train and develop employees to service their jobs at the level we expect. What does excelling in this position look like? Our Key Performance metrics are maintained within 90 days of employment. You are reducing the time that vehicles are kept off the road, preventative maintenance is scheduled for all vehicles consistently and no jobs are rescheduled due to equipment. Employees are trained and on-time to jobs, schedules are booked out and jobs are consistent. Customer satisfaction is met, with a minimum of 4.8 stars on Google. Implement and organize parts, that are common in replacing, implement a self-check system for technicians to ensure vehicles are up to par. Experience & Qualifications

• 3+ years working in a field service position, and at least a manager for 1 (required)
• Demonstrated experience leading, training or mentoring team members (required)
• Proven ability to operate and maintain mechanical/power equipment (required)
• Valid Drivers License and willing to do a background check (required)
• Experience in commercial power washing (preferred) Compensation Pay for this position is $20
• 30 per hour, based on experience. The pay is a mix of hourly pay and production pay for jobs completed. Our Hiring Process
