We're looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead our co-branded Auntie Anne's + Jamba Juice location! What You'll Be Responsible For:

Oversee daily operations for both Auntie Anne's and Jamba Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing team Manage scheduling, payroll, and store banking Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service Handle inventory, vendor orders, invoices, and cost control Conduct team performance reviews and coaching Serve as the go-to problem solver and motivator Partner with your District Manager to drive results Close the store 2 nights per week and work weekends — lead by example!

What We're Looking For:

Strong leadership and team-building skills Great communication and multitasking abilities Management experience in food service, QSR, or retail (preferred) Dependable, energetic, and ready to take initiative Flexible availability, including nights and weekends Why Join Us?
