What You'll Be Doing As the Store Manager at El Molino, you'll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing daily store operations to maintain a high standard of service and efficiency. Leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Managing inventory and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized. Handling scheduling and ensuring adequate staffing levels. Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Monitoring sales performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. Upholding company policies and maintaining a positive work environment. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you'll need: At least 1 year of experience in a management or leadership position. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive and results-driven mindset. The ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment. Spanish speaking preferred.
