Retail Manager in Training Fast Track to Store Operator

Casual Furniture World- North Myrtle Beach is hiring! We are seeking individuals who want to move into leadership and are willing to earn it. This role is structured as either a Retail Manager in Training (MIT) or a Fast Track to Assistant Retail Store Manager , depending on experience. For the right person, this is a fast track into management with a clear path to store operator within ~24 months . That path is real—but it is earned through performance, consistency, and the ability to lead and deliver results. With our base salary + commission compensation plan, your income is based on your attitude, skill and effort. The average income range for this role is $60,000-$100,000/year.

Schedule:

We provide a 5-day weekly schedule that will typically include 3 weekends a month and business hours until 6:00 PM. We are open on most major retail holidays and are closed on New Year's Day, Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
