In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and implement sales strategies to meet business goals. Your leadership will foster a positive shopping environment, promote teamwork, and uphold operational standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual passionate about retail management and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure high team morale and productivity Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory control, and merchandising Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue, improve customer experience, and meet or exceed sales targets Manage inventory levels through purchasing, stock replenishment, and inventory management systems to minimize shrinkage and optimize stock availability Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements across all store activities Implement effective marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones Foster a welcoming environment by providing exceptional customer service and resolving escalated issues promptly Requirements Proven management experience in retail or a similar customer-focused environment with supervising responsibilities Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and develop talent Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and retail math Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, purchasing, pricing strategies, and merchandising techniques Experience with recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, training & development programs Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with excellent time management and organizational skills Knowledge of retail sales techniques including wireless sales or grocery store operations is a plus Familiarity with budgeting processes, sales management tools, marketing strategies, and administrative functions Strong negotiation skills combined with effective phone etiquette and customer service excellence Join us as a Store Manager to lead a vibrant team in delivering outstanding shopping experiences while driving business growth.
