Duties Open and close the store confidently, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately Supervise daily store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising Assist with training and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and creating a welcoming environment Support sales goals through effective merchandising, promotional activities, and upselling techniques Manage inventory control processes, including stock replenishment and loss prevention measures Collaborate with management on scheduling, sales management, and store maintenance tasks Requirements Proven experience in retail sales, supervisory roles, or management within a retail or grocery setting Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively Demonstrated proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, and retail math Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and bookkeeping Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Previous experience with employee orientation, interviewing, training & development is a plus Knowledge of marketing strategies, merchandising techniques, and store management practices Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a part-time capacity This role offers an exciting chance to develop your leadership skills while contributing to a vibrant retail environment.
