Store Manager PayMore — Summerville, SC Electronics Store, We buy, sell and trade electronics. About PayMore PayMore is a fast-growing used electronics retail brand with locations across the Southeast. We buy, sell, and trade smartphones, tablets, gaming consoles, laptops, and more — giving customers top dollar for their devices. About the Role We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven Store Manager to run our Summerville, SC location. You'll report to the district manager. We're looking to fill this role by June 30, 2026. What You'll Do Own monthly net revenue and gross margin targets, and drive the store to consistently hit them Lead, coach, and develop a team of buyers, listers, and part-time staff Make accurate trade-in valuations on phones, tablets, gaming gear, laptops, and accessories Grow sales as a percentage of total revenue through smart listing and pricing decisions Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store every day Build and protect a 4.7+ Google star rating through great service and fast review responses Manage daily cash reconciliation, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention Complete operational standards and maintain compliance with all store standards
