SHOP SUPERVISOR EXTRAORDINARY PEOPLE. EXCITING POSSIBILITIES. GREAT OPPORTUNITY.

Your success is what's next with Custom Truck One Source. Summary Provide oversight and support in the daily activities of the Elk Point facility to ensure operational integrity. Act as a liaison on production output and other matters with the General Manager, Vice President, Human Resources Manager, and other departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Communicate with the General Manager to establish and meet production goals (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually). Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals. Coordinate across departments to ensure production goals are met Discuss departmental issues with the Human Resources Manager, including compliance, risk, performance, and labor related matters. Work with team members to establish stock parts inventory standards, ensuring timely repairs and adherence to budget goals Ensure safety practices, including the use of personal protective equipment. Complete manufacturing orders promptly to avoid production delays. Ensure accurate M3 time transactions to measure labor costs. Coordinate with the Quality team to ensure parts and weldments meet specifications. Assist team members in daily tasks to meet production and budget goals. Maintain organizational standards and culture within responsibilities. Exhibit operational and performance excellence as a role model. Perform all duties according to best safety practices. Required Skills and Qualifications State the minimum qualifications required to successfully perform the job.
