Duties Oversee daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer experiences Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items with precision and efficiency Manage cash handling, POS transactions and cashiering duties accurately Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste Ensure compliance with food handling regulations, safety protocols, and sanitation standards Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and resolve any service issues promptly Qualifications Proven experience as a barista with strong coffee preparation skills and knowledge of the food industry standards Prior experience in café or retail environments with familiarity in POS systems.
