• Customer Service:

  Foster a customer-centric environment by greeting and assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

• Sales Growth:

  Implement sales initiatives and promotions, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement

• Product Knowledge:

  Stay informed about products and trends, sharing knowledge with customers and team members

• Safety and Compliance:

  Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment

• Vendor Relationships:

  Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms to optimize product selection and profitability
