Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking products as necessary to meet customer demand. Conduct regular audits of inventory and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Maintain an organized store environment, ensuring that merchandise is displayed effectively and pricing is accurate. Provide training and support to staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices. Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional development among employees. Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in cash register operations and basic math skills for accurate financial transactions. Experience in inventory management practices to ensure optimal stock levels. Administrative skills to handle paperwork related to payroll, scheduling, and reporting. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers. Knowledge of wireless sales techniques is a plus for enhancing product offerings in-store.
