CRUMBL Store Manager

Crumbl is a fun, modern, fast paced bakery. We are looking for an outgoing, positive, amazing PT Manager to work closely with the shift leads and Area Manager to oversee daily operations. This is a bakery concept - we bake cookies, fresh, in-house, daily. Hours vary based on needs of the store. Shifts range from 6 AM to 10 PM.

MANAGER DUTIES

manage the kitchen efficiently each day to keep an ongoing supply of fresh cookies available for our customers Hiring, onboarding and training new crew members Oversee quality control Keep the store clean Pass health department and Ecosure inspections twice yearly Understand and track reports and use them to track store metrics Motivate and coach employees Resolve conflict or complaints from customers and crew Conduct inventories on ingredients as needed Oversee all catering and school orders Ability to search out new business; schedule and attend off-sites and pop-up events Keep up with news and information from corporate on our internal apps Work closely with the Area Manager and Operator as a team to make the store a fantastic place to work Ensure crew members follow company policies and procedures Oversee cash handling procedures, deposits and daily financial reporting Be knowledgeable and capable of working in all positions as needed Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business

REQUIREMENTS

Pass background check Must be at least 18 years old Drivers license and reliable transportation to and from location required Legally eligible to work in the United States Must be able to complete full scheduled shifts Must be able to stand for long periods of time (6+ hours) Ability to lift 50 pounds Positive, outgoing personality a must Previous management experience preferred High school diploma Strong understanding of business management, financial and leadership principles
