What You'll Do As the Store Manager at our new Longview, TX location, you will be the heart and soul of your center, ensuring operational excellence and building strong customer relationships.
Your key responsibilities include:
Financial Leadership:
Achieve and exceed all financial goals and profitability targets. Oversee retention and soft collections, including sending past-due notices, certified letters, and proactive follow-up calls on late accounts.
Marketing & Business Development:
Drive new business through innovative marketing strategies—direct mail campaigns, flyer distributions, and forging partnerships with local financial institutions and area businesses.
Operational Excellence:
Manage daily transactions: from customer service and account approvals to bank business, closing delinquent accounts, trial balancing, and precise reporting. Ensure the proper volume of daily calls to meet our stringent delinquency standards. Collaborate with the District Manager to address operational challenges and optimize performance.
Team & Customer Engagement:
Deliver exceptional face-to-face customer service, building and maintaining lasting relationships. Uphold rigorous cash handling and banking procedures to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and reliability. What We're Looking For Experience:
A seasoned leader with at least 4 years of experience as a Store Manager . Proven track record in sales and customer service is essential.
Skills & Attributes:
Exceptional math and analytical skills. A charismatic, outgoing personality with an ability to win customers over. Impeccable attendance and a detail-oriented approach. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Logistics:
Reliable Transportation:
You must have your own vehicle for daily marketing activities.
Driver's License:
A valid driver's license is required.
Relocation:
Must be willing to relocate to Longview, TX prior to starting work.
Schedule:
Enjoy a pre-scheduled 40-hour work week (Monday-Saturday, with one weekday off between Tuesday-Thursday). Our location is closed on Sundays.
Compensation Hourly Pay:
Up to $19.24 per hour
