Team Leader

$75,000/year If you're the type who can keep machines running, people focused, and production on schedule, this is your shift. We're hiring a 2nd Shift Fabrication Team Leader to drive safety, quality, and output—while keeping the floor organized and jobs moving through the shop. What you'll own on shift:
Keep workstations stocked with parts, materials, and tooling
Assign team members to the right orders and keep production flowing
Report downtime, delays, and root causes to leadership
Make sure completed jobs are stamped and moved forward
Enforce PPE and safety policies, and coach safe work practices
Perform first-piece/final checks and ensure in-process inspections happen
Maintain Lean/5S organization and end-of-shift updates, counts, and shutdowns Ready to take charge of 2nd shift?
