Glass Doctor of North Texas is looking for a high-ownership leader to run and grow our Commercial Service Division. This is not a typical management position. You won't simply oversee a department, you'll operate a business within our business. We're looking for someone who wants to build a team, improve systems, solve problems, and drive results. If you're competitive, take ownership, and enjoy winning, you'll thrive here. What You'll Own Operations You will lead the day-to-day operation of a fast-paced commercial service division. Manage workflow and job completion Drive technician productivity and efficiency Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to company standards Remove operational bottlenecks and improve performance In Your First Year You will be measured by your ability to: Grow revenue Improve profitability Increase technician productivity Reduce callbacks and rework Improve customer satisfaction Build a culture of ownership, professionalism, and pride Improve systems and processes Create systems that allow the division to scale Who Thrives in This Role You may come from home services, commercial trades, construction, field operations, service management, or a related industry.
