We are looking for a highly organized, people-oriented Site Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our workforce and management, ensuring daily operations run smoothly while maintaining a professional and supportive environment. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees. You will provide guidance, conduct coaching sessions, and offer formal counseling to ensure performance and behavior align with company standards.Stakeholder Interaction:
Actively collaborate with department managers and employees to resolve issues, address staffing needs, and improve workplace morale.Attendance & Reporting:
Run daily attendance reports, track trends, and ensure all timekeeping data is accurate for payroll processing.Onboarding & Orientation:
Assist with the integration of new hires by facilitating orientations, explaining company policies, and ensuring a warm welcome.Data Management:
Execute high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy. You will be responsible for maintaining digital personnel files and ensuring all necessary documentation is correctly attached and filed.Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive personnel information and private company data with the highest level of integrity and discretion.Qualifications Communication Skills:
Ability to speak clearly and empathetically with diverse groups of people.Administrative Tech-Savviness:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with HRIS or ATS platforms. Attention toDetail:
