Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Manager to join our team at our Colleyville location. The Key Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise store staff Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed Train and onboard new employees Handle customer inquiries and complaints Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements:

Previous resturant management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
