The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves managing transactions, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Responsibilities Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process customer transactions(receipts and shipments). Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Assist in merchandising and stocking shelves to maintain an organized store layout Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and promote sales Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions Maintain accurate cash handling practices and ensure the cash register is balanced at the end of each shift Supervise junior staff when necessary, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance Uphold phone etiquette when answering customer calls, ensuring professionalism at all times Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store operations Qualifications Over 18 years old, Bilingual, available hours, responsible, customer service.
