Assistant Manager

General Function:

Coordinates with ownership/upper management to outline and implement policy and procedure that ensures the smooth and profitable operation of the Smoothie King franchise store.

Characteristics Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with team leads to manage staff Implement new Smoothie King corporate policies and procedures Recruit, hire, train and onboard new team members Oversee the weekly inventory process and meet target COGS Order from vendors such as PFG and Europa Meet weekly with management team Work with management team to improve the performance of all three stores Schedule employees weekly Manage labor costs closely to meet annual target percentage Work with ownership to identify and launch marketing initiatives Ensure stores open on time each day Work with teams to provide an excellent guest experience and increase retention Drive enhancer and extra sales to meet target percentage Monitor survey results to meet survey count and overall satisfaction goals Ensure stores meet "PRIME" visit and health code requirements Ensure daily register totals are accurate and all monies accounted for Work with ownership for efficient store maintenance/repair Maintain food management certification
