Responsibilities Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff scheduling. Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees while providing ongoing training and development to enhance team performance. Manage cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accurate financial transactions. Oversee inventory control, purchasing, merchandising, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maximize sales opportunities. Implement effective marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract customers and increase store traffic. Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, retail math, pricing strategies, and sales management. Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and general administrative tasks.
