  • Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team. Communication
  • Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences. Metrics Mindedness
  • Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success. Process Orientation
  • Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency. Teamwork
  • Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence. Parts Sales & Inventory Management
