As a keyholder, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store during your shifts, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting management in daily store functions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills, gain retail management experience, and contribute to a positive shopping environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and possesses excellent communication skills, ready to take ownership and lead by example. Duties Open and close the store safely and efficiently, ensuring all security protocols are followed Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control procedures Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency Support sales initiatives through upselling, promotional displays, and marketing efforts Supervise store operations during shifts, including cashiering, cash handling, and maintaining store cleanliness Train new team members on store policies, POS usage, customer service standards, and safety procedures Qualifications Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in retail or similar environments Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Proven experience in retail sales, inventory management, and merchandising techniques Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and basic retail math Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in store operations and customer service Knowledge of employee orientation, interviewing techniques, recruiting practices, and training & development strategies is desirable Experience with budgeting, sales management, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives is advantageous Join us as a part-time keyholder to lead with energy and enthusiasm!
