Duties Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service to ensure operational excellence. Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members while providing ongoing training and development to foster a motivated and skilled workforce. Manage employee schedules and shift assignmentswith precision to maintain optimal staffing levels. Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, purchasing decisions, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability. Handle guest inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to resolve issues promptly. Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to boost store visibility and sales performance. Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and POS (Point of Sale) system operations in compliance with company policies. Requirements Proven management experience in retail sales or grocery store environments with supervising responsibilities. Strong organizational skills combined with excellent leadership qualities to motivate teams effectively. Proficiency in retail math, budgeting, merchandising, inventory management, and store operations. Exceptional communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customers. Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math calculations. Demonstrated ability in recruiting, training & development, employee orientation, and performance management.
