This dynamic role combines front desk responsibilities with comprehensive store management duties, ensuring a seamless customer experience while overseeing daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with excellent communication skills, capable of managing staff, inventory, and sales processes efficiently. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to drive store success, foster team development, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, providing outstanding customer service and addressing inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm Manage front desk operations, including phone etiquette and scheduling. Supervise grooming sales activities, including merchandising, stocking, and inventory management to optimize store performance Oversee daily store operations such as cash handling, cashiering, POS system management, and shift management to ensure smooth functioning Monitor ongoing service to prieoti grooming activities, inventory control, purchasing decisions, and stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations Qualifications Proven supervisory experience in retail management or a dog grooming boutique environment with strong leadership skills Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable Demonstrated expertise in sales management, pricing strategies. Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures.
