Support field technicians with inventory requests, product identification, and operational needs. Help maintain efficient communication between the shop and field service teams. Team Leadership Lead, coach, and support shop employees by setting clear expectations and maintaining accountability. Provide training, feedback, and guidance to help team members succeed. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development efforts. Foster a positive, professional, and customer-focused work environment. Business Operations & Performance Monitor operating expenses and support cost-effective decision-making. Track key performance metrics, including sales, inventory performance, and operational efficiency. Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Ownership & Accountability Take ownership of store performance and daily operations. Lead by example through professionalism, integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic. Represent the company positively with customers, employees, and business partners.
