Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager / GSM to lead our dealership operations with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will drive overall business performance, foster a customer-centric environment, and motivate your team to achieve excellence. Your leadership will ensure seamless retail sales, high-end automobile sales, and exceptional customer service, all while managing inventory, sales pipelines, and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily dealership operations, ensuring smooth coordination across sales, service, and administrative teams Drive automobile sales by developing and executing strategic sales plans, including outbound sales efforts like cold calling and B2B sales outreach Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation, utilizing CRM software to track progress and optimize opportunities Cultivate strong relationships through negotiation, upselling, and exceptional customer service to maximize dealership profitability Supervise inventory management and control to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients through public speaking engagements and community outreach Develop and support the sales team with training in retail math, phone etiquette, communication skills, and automotive sales techniques Ensure compliance with dealership policies, inventory control standards, and retail math principles while maintaining high organizational standards Qualifications Proven experience in FORD dealership management or similar automotive sales leadership with a strong background in B2B sales and outside sales techniques Demonstrated success in high-end automobile sales, upselling, and managing a robust sales pipeline Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective public speaking abilities to represent the dealership confidently in various settings Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases Proficiency in CRM software for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and supporting sales efforts Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management, retail math, and retail operations Experience with inventory control systems, automotive dealership processes, and outbound cold calling strategies Exceptional communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette for engaging customers both face-to-face and over the phone Join us as a General Manager / GSM where your leadership will inspire teams, elevate customer experiences, and drive business growth. $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
