General Manager - Retail Sales & Operations Boogie's Pups | Dallas-Fort Worth Area Salary + Commission + Growth Opportunities Boogie's Pups is looking for a high-energy, results-driven General Manager who wants more than just a job. We are seeking a leader who can drive sales, develop people, build culture, and help shape the future of a growing company. This is not a desk position. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching teams, solving problems, and delivering measurable results. What You'll Do Leadership & Team Development Lead and develop sales and kennel teams Create a positive, performance-driven culture Coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable Conduct training, performance reviews, and team meetings Ensure company standards and policies are followed Sales Leadership Drive store sales performance and profitability Train staff on sales processes and customer experience Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, financing approvals, and overall performance Identify opportunities to improve revenue and customer satisfaction Lead by example on the sales floor Operations Management Oversee daily store operations Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor efficiency Ensure kennel operations are running smoothly Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational needs Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Business Decision Making Analyze reports and performance metrics Make decisions based on numbers, trends, and business needs Develop action plans to improve sales and operational performance Help execute company growth initiatives and future expansion plans What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Management experience Sales leadership experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to coach and develop employees Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and deliver results Goal-oriented mindset Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to analyze performance metrics and make business decisions Ideal Candidate Traits High energy and positive attitude Natural leader who inspires others Competitive and results-driven People-focused with excellent customer service skills Strong sense of ownership and accountability Comfortable making difficult decisions when necessary Growth-minded and career-focused Wants to become a key leader within the company Bonus Qualifications Retail management experience Multi-department management experience Experience leading sales teams Experience managing performance metrics and KPIs No dog industry experience required.
