job summary: The Operations lead supports daily delivery operations at a Walmart partner location in Mansfield, TX. The role focuses on leading a small team, preparing orders, maintaining operational readiness, and ensuring safe and efficient drone delivery operations.

This role is responsible for interpreting KPIs and performance metrics to drive daily operational excellence. The ideal candidate has strong analytical capabilities and uses data to influence performance, improve utilization, and support continuous improvement across the operation.

qualifications:

Physical Requirements  Ability to work both indoors and outdoors depending on operational needs.  Lift packages up to 35 lbs.  Push carts weighing up to 160 lbs up ramps.  Stand and move throughout the shift in a fast‑paced operational environment. Ideal Candidate Background  Experience in warehouse, retail fulfillment, logistics, or operations environments.  Experience leading or coordinating small teams.  Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and operational efficiency.  Comfortable working in fast‑paced, hands‑on environments.  Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Must be available 7 days a week. Ability to work a flexible schedule between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, including weekends #LI-KC1
