Part Time Preschool Closer

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dependable Afterschool Closer to join our Christian Academy. At Trophy Lakes Academy, we provide a nurturing, Christ-centered environment where children can grow academically, socially, and spiritually. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth, safe, and positive end of day experience for children, families, and staff. The schedule we are looking for would be a part time shift beginning at 2:00 pm-6:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing environment Assist with afternoon activities, playtime, and transitions Maintain a clean, organized classroom and common areas Communicate with parents during pickup in a friendly and professional manner Ensure all children are signed out properly and safely Help close down the classroom and facility at the end of the day Follow all licensing and safety regulations

Qualifications:

Experience working with young children (preschool or daycare preferred) Warm, patient, and dependable personality Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment Must pass background check and meet state licensing requirements Previous childcare or teaching assistant experience (Not required) Why join us?
