Are you a proven leader in health, wellness, fitness, customer service, or retail? Do you enjoy a fast paced, collaborative, and social environment where you truly help client? If so, we want to meet you! Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an extraordinary Sales Associate with strong business building, sales, and leadership skills (as evidenced by a track record). The best candidate will be selected to our Assistant Manager in Training role. This ideal candidate must thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, embrace the idea of sharing in the success of the business, and have a passion for health, wellness, and helping people. We're looking for a team-oriented individual with strong leadership qualities to assist our General Manager with a wide range of store operations. These include customer service, health and wellness education, sales, marketing initiatives, and more. This is your chance to join Restore on a mission to help people do more of what they love through our innovative, science-backed wellness services. Key Roles Deliver consistent, high-quality client service by modeling Restore's hospitality standards. Assist customers with their wellness goals related to sports performance, recovery, pain management, beauty, longevity and general health through client care planning. Support membership engagement, retention, and issue resolution to ensure positive client outcomes. Assist with the development and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns and work to generate leads. Directly add to the team's successes by meeting Studio membership and sales goals. Ensure the studio is consistently clean, safe, and welcoming. Uphold brand standards across all aspects of facility presentation. Lead by example to foster a professional and client-first culture. Maintain attention to detail and professionalism through all client communication platforms and client interactions. Meet the community's top athletes and fitness enthusiasts at local events and generate interest and excitement in Restore's wellness services. Assist the Studio Manager in Social Media, Marketing and Event projects. Represent Restore in the Community through partner events and pop-ups. Generate reports related to store performance and plan based on related KPI's. Qualities You Need to Succeed You enjoy the sales process and have a proven track record of success You have strong verbal and written communication skills You provide exceptional customer service You're a numbers person and can deliver action plans based on key metrics You're a strong leader and not afraid to coach team members and delegate responsibility to your team You're driven to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals for yourself and your team You place importance on ethics and integrity, and exhibit this every day
Qualifications Experience:
1+ year of management or supportive leadership experience (preferred).
Experience:
2+ years of customer-facing experience (preferred). Proven success in sales and team leadership. Strong de-escalation and conflict resolution skills. Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to multi-task and manage both client and staff needs. Intermediate computer proficiency. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
