Job Description

Are you the type of person who can sell a phone, repair a phone, organize inventory, and provide exceptional customer service all in the same day? CPR Cell Phone Repair is looking for a highly motivated Assistant Manager who can help lead store operations while performing electronic repairs and driving sales. This is not a sit-behind-the-counter position. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, staying organized, and helping a store succeed. What You'll Do Sales & Customer Service Deliver world-class customer service Sell repairs, accessories, certified pre-owned devices, protection plans, and financing options Build value and confidence with customers through solution-based selling Maintain strong accessory attachment rates Help drive store revenue and profitability Device Repair Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, computers, and game consoles Perform screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, camera repairs, and other common repairs Troubleshoot software and hardware issues Maintain repair quality standards and turnaround times Inventory & Operations Receive and organize inventory shipments Perform inventory counts and audits Maintain clean inventory records Assist with ordering and stock management Keep the store clean, organized, and merchandised Leadership Assist the Store Manager with daily operations Help train and coach team members Open and close the store as needed Ensure company policies and procedures are followed Help achieve monthly sales and performance goals What We're Looking For Required Retail sales experience Customer service experience Strong communication skills Ability to work independently Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation Basic computer skills Preferred Cell phone, tablet, computer, or electronics repair experience Inventory management experience Previous keyholder, supervisor, or assistant manager experience Wireless sales, electronics sales, or commission sales experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Monthly commission opportunities Paid training Employee discounts Career advancement opportunities Performance reviews with raise potential Opportunity to move into a Store Manager position Why CPR?
