Leadership & Team Management Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies to build a high-performing team. Identify, mentor, and develop high-potential employees to establish succession plans. Supervise store staff and handle employment-related matters professionally to ensure a positive and productive work environment. Sales & Business Development Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability. Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and strengthen brand loyalty. Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, cleanliness, and overall store organization. Ensure proper scheduling coverage to meet peak demand periods such as holidays, weekends, and promotional events, while managing within a defined payroll budget. Compliance, Safety & Policy Enforcement Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety/security protocols from day one. Maintain adherence to mall standards and regulations by both store and staff. Enforce applicable workplace regulations and legal requirements. Maintain up-to-date training and refresher programs to support compliance and operational excellence. Qualifications 2-3 years of retail management experience , preferably within the fashion or specialty retail industry. Full-time, in-person availability six (6) days per week , with flexibility to support business needs. Demonstrated strong leadership skills , with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team — particularly during a new store opening phase. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to effectively engage customers, team members, and corporate partners. Proven track record of achieving sales targets , driving profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service. Highly organized and detail-oriented , with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays , especially during peak seasons and launch periods. Genuine passion for fashion , with strong trend awareness and the ability to translate product knowledge into compelling customer experiences. Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented , consistently modeling professionalism and accountability for the team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning retail management and POS systems.

Pay:

$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
