• How You Will Make a Difference
• _What you will do:_ + Assist in strategically maximizing store sales, achieving store sales goals and monitor sales progress & results against key targets.

+ Help foster a consumer centric mindset and model selling behaviors through genuine interactions with consumers. + Provide direct feedback, coaching and supervision of the associates and the in-store experience. + Help coach and lead a team to exceed sales results. + Ensure that the store team is engaging with each customer to create an authentic brand experience and assist with visual merchandising standards within the store. + Adhere to policies, procedures, standards and practices that align with company directives. + Foster a great consumer experience in all situations, leading by example.
