Job Description
Universal Melody Services, dba Brook Mays Music, H&H Music, and Fishburn Violin Shop, is a family owned Texas based school music specialty store since 1901. We need your help... and your professionalism, initiative and management skills will be welcomed. Your full-time role will include providing a full range of management duties including:
- Day-to-day running of a retail store
- Staff management
- Accounts management
- Production of reports and educational packages In addition, you will have a territory of school accounts that you will be calling on routinely.
Applicants must have:
- MUST have knowledge of orchestra instruments… if you were involved in your school orchestra program that should be enough
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- A positive disposition
- Management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Google Sheets
- Organizational and problem solving skills
- Spanish speaking a plus, but not required Also note.
