Job Description

Duties:
```- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability
- Train and develop a team of retail sales associates to provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Oversee store merchandising and visual displays to maximize sales potential

Requirements:
```- Previous experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and reporting
- Knowledge of training and development techniques to enhance employee performance
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
