As an Assistant Manager at Jersey Mike's, you play a key role in supporting the General Manager and leading the crew to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You help keep operations running smoothly, ensure quality and safety, and foster a positive, productive work environment. In this role, you will: Assist the General Manager with day-to-day store operations and team management Lead by example and motivate the crew to provide fast, friendly service Help recruit, train, and develop team members Monitor inventory, food prep, and cleanliness to meet Jersey Mike's standards Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure their satisfaction Oversee scheduling and labor to maintain efficiency and control costs Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and employees Qualifications Leadership experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable and team-oriented Flexible availability including weekends and holidays Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k)

Retirement Plan Pay Range:

$16.00 per hour - $20.00 per hour
