In this energetic role, you will oversee daily store operations, motivate and manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint. Your leadership will drive sales, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold store standards, creating a vibrant shopping environment that keeps customers coming back. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills while making a tangible impact on our team's success. What You Need Excellent communication skills Reliable transportation, to and from work Completion of in-house safety training Management experience is required A Typical Day Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional manner Remain alert and use all senses while supervising park guest Manage employee relations Provide courteous customer experience and responds to customers' questions, complaints, or requests. Establish and maintain a safe environment for guest and staff in and around jumping surfaces, airbags, and other activity areas Complete opening and closing duties such as safety audits, cash deposits, and other managerial checklists Work as a team with other management team members Perform any other services or duties as required by Management Altitude Trampoline Park is the world's premier trampoline park that offers fun and exercise for jumpers of all ages.
