Responsibilities:

As the Hardware Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Your primary responsibilities include:

Sales Promotion :

Actively promote sales initiatives while providing high levels of guest service to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Team Leadership :

Monitor and guide team members in establishing and achieving retail objectives in line with company standards and policies. Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.

Guest Service Culture :

Cultivate a culture of outstanding guest service by leading by example and implementing best practices for customer engagement.

Record Maintenance :

Maintain accurate and up-to-date department records, ensuring compliance with company standards and facilitating smooth operations.

Cost Analysis :

Demonstrate proficiency in costing out materials to establish appropriate retail pricing, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.

Training and Development :

Possess a comprehensive understanding of hardware sales fundamentals and actively train and mentor team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.

Support Management :

Assist the Hardware Department Manager with various tasks related to marketing, inventory ordering, shipment receiving, and scheduling, as assigned. Flexibility in

Qualifications:

Experience :

2-4 years of retail sales and management experience, preferably in the hardware industry.

Customer Service :

Communication Skills :

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a focus on effective follow-through.
