Job Purpose To lead and oversee all store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, strong team performance, and achievement of sales and profit goals. The Store Manager is responsible for creating a productive workplace, maintaining operational excellence, and upholding company standards in merchandising, staffing, and safety compliance. Key Responsibilities Oversee all store functions to ensure smooth and efficient operation. Work collaboratively with store employees in all departments on a daily basis Ensure excellent customer service by cultivating a genuine compassion and desire to help people Hire, train, and conduct employee reviews to build a strong and effective team Lead the team in understanding and living the company mission Maintain product availability, freshness, and cleanliness within the store Complete daily tasks including purchasing, scheduling, and merchandising Conduct regular staff management meetings to address issues and improve performance We are an E-Verify employer. Preferred Education High school diploma or equivalent.
