Job Description

INTERMOUNTAIN FARMERS ASSOCIATION
, a regional agricultural cooperative, is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of
CLOTHING DEPARTMENT MANAGER
at the IFA Country Store in Roosevelt, Utah.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Knowledge and hands-on experience with clothing products carried by IFA. Be conversant in and able to sell all products in clothing category and provide training to other IFA employees regarding category products. Maintain and establish new outside sales opportunities with IFA workwear program. Greet and help all customers that enter the facility. Prepare inventory and department for promotions. Secure return authorization for products to be returned to vendor. Merchandise and price all products in assigned product area. Stocking and restocking to proper merchandising levels. Helping customers at the Cash Register. Learn all aspects of the business and be willing to help in all areas of the store Experience in agriculture preferred
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED required. 2-4 years of retail and merchandising experience preferred. Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and sales minded. Have familiarity with computer systems and programs including Microsoft Word and Excel. Able to calculate discounts, percentages, and perform basic math functions. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral form. Honesty, dependability and strong work ethic are essential. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. often during shift. Be able to work up to 40 hours a week and willing to work Saturdays. IFA is an Equal Opportunity Employer
