The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of various construction processes. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing both personnel and projects, ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and safety. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily shop activities, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. Oversee the assembly, installation cabinets. Conduct construction estimating to determine project costs and resource allocation. Train and mentor shop staff on best practices in construction techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by enforcing safety regulations and conducting regular inspections. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth project transitions from planning to execution. Requirements Proven experience in a managerial role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of cabinet assembly. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in all operations.
